JUNE LICENSING
BULLETIN

We have just returned from the Surtex Art Licensing Show in New York and it was good to see many of you there.  The verdict on the show is that we would guess that there were fewer exhibitors and fewer visitors than in the last couple of years, but that all the more professional companies and agencies were still exhibiting and that those who were no longer showing there tended to be individual artists who had exhibited at Surtex in the past, many of whom have obviously found the show too expensive now.  At the same time, there were more professional companies visiting the show and fewer artists or interior designers who had sneaked in with someone else’s badge!

Surtex - Max Carter
There is no question that the most successful collection that Rosenstiel's exhibited at the show was that of our in-house designer, Max Carter.  Max works with pattern and design rather than picture, and you can see some of his work by clicking here to visit the licensing pages of our website, but if you reply to this email we would be very happy to send you a couple of prepared pdf presentations of his work, including much newer material as well.  We were very interested to see the extent to which those visiting Surtex were looking for patter, texture and shape rather than for more traditional imagery, as the same visitors would have been a couple of years ago.

SPT8275 - Cowes Regatta IIIngrid Abery - Sailing Photography
We have just added to the website a wide collection of sailing photographs by Ingrid Abery. We have been pleased to publish a small selection of Ingrid’s work as prints over the last couple of years and these have been very popular.  Her collection is enormous, however, which is why we wanted to make a larger selection available on the website, which you can see by clicking here.

New Sedona Catalogue Launched
The new Sedona Catalogue has been published in early June.  If you would like a copy of the catalogue, which covers 28 pages and shows 53 new designs, please let us know and we would be very happy to arrange to send a book to you.  You can see the entire collection though on our website by clicking here.
