One of the print series we published for the start of the autumn is a series of twelve contemporary canines by Emily Burrowes, one of which you can see here. We have been very pleasantly surprised by the remarkable popularity of this series with our print-buying customers around the world and simply wanted to draw this set to your attention as well. Although we published 12 as prints, there are plenty of other unpublished images in the series too. Emily is also now working on a series of contemporary cats and if you would like to see these or a wider variety of dog breeds, please do let us know. |

We don’t generally catalogue much of our artwork for children because it is a fairly specialist niche in the print and poster industry. We do, however, publish a huge range and, indeed, the best selling prints in our volume collections have usually been children’s images. We have therefore just published a digital catalogue introducing a few of the series of children’s artwork which worked so well for us as prints, and you can see the 22 page digital catalogue online simply by clicking the link below. Alternatively, please send us an email and we will post a copy of the presentation to you instead. There are some wonderful series in this presentation, covering every childhood theme we can think of, ranging from dinosaurs and pirates to fairies and baby animals. Maps Did you know that Rosenstiel’s has a huge collection of beautiful historical maps, assembled by us over 125 years in the trade? The archive includes ornate and gorgeously decorated world maps from the very earliest days of cartography, beautiful individual maps of countries like America or Australia or the Middle East at turning points in their history, astrological maps, whimsical maps and even modern re-interpretations of double hemispheres with the most contemporary of decorative twists. There are well over 100 in the collection, some of which you can see here, but we have dozens of others if you’re looking for something specific. |
