MARCH LICENSING BULLETIN |

Rosenstiel’s publishes 700 new subjects each year, and for the last two or three years most of these have been photographic or very contemporary in feel. As you will know, the current fashion in wall décor is very much for abstract pieces, which means that our most recently-published catalogues have tended to be dominated by non-representational art and photography. Away from these ‘headline’ pictures though, we are continuing to have success with longstanding popular names painting in a more traditional style. We mentioned Clive Madgwick’s perennially-popular landscapes last month; this month, our featured artist is Wendy Stevenson, whose cats, dogs and farmyard animals continue to be hugely popular on the Licensing side, even though they are no longer prominent in our newly-published wall décor catalogues. You can see the full Wendy Stevenson collection by clicking here. |

New Sedona Catalogue Now Published Our most important print line over the last three years has been our Sedona collection of international decorative art. It has been quite a mission, but the 2008 catalogue has just been published, covering 174 pages and showcasing the very best in our contemporary decorative collections. This link will take you through to the full catalogue on the web. Please let us know if this sort of work would be suitable for your own collections so that we can send work for your review. |

We will have our usual booth, numbered 2125, and will be showing a big collection of new work there, including our new Sedona material but also new presentations from contemporary European artists including Ruth Green, Lisa Butcher, Emily Burrowes and Kate & Nia. If you are planning to attend the show and would like to make a specific appointment, please do let us know now. Alternatively, we are always pleased to meet you in our London showroom. |
