1. Who is this website for?
Rosenstiel's new website is dedicated to Trade Customers
worldwide. Private customers should refer to Artscape, www.Artscapeltd.com our
Interior Design Section.
2. What is the difference between the different
sections?
Each section covers a different aspect of Rosenstiel's. As we
understand that each project is different, we try to adapt our
offer to your most specific needs.
3. Will I find the same images everywhere?
No, some of images are specific to certain part of our business.
For example, certain images available for licensing haven't been
published as prints, so you will not be able to find them in the
Prints and Posters section.
4. Can I see the images even if I do not have a
password?
Yes, everybody can browse the entire website without being
registered or logged in. Only prices are exclusive to registered
trade customers.
5. Where can I see the prices?
A section on the left menu of the website, is available at all
times where you will be able to view and download our price list.
Price codes will also be available under each image reference or
print reference.
6. How does "My Gallery" work?
While browsing the website, you can select the images you want
by clicking onto "add to My Gallery". At any stage you can click
onto the "My Gallery" icon at the top to view the images you have
selected. You can then download your Gallery as a Pdf or, if you
are logged in, you can directly order your Gallery online.
7. How long does the registration process
take?
Registration takes less than a minute, and with the intelligent
fill -in your details will probably already be there!
8. When will I receive my Username and
Password?
Your will be sent automatically to you right after the end of
your registration process.
9. I have problems seeing the PDF
Please note that you need Adobe Reader to view all
forms. Please click here to
install the latest version of Adobe Reader.
10. I'm an artist and I want to propose my work to
Rosenstiel's?
Rosenstiel's carefully considers all artwork and photographic
imagery sent to us with a view to possible publication. Please
visit our section "Submitting Artwork" in the information section,
where you will find all the useful information.
