Submitting Artwork

Rosenstiel's carefully considers all artwork and photographic imagery sent to us with a view to possible publication. To review imagery, we initially welcome postal submissions sent to us at:

To submit your work please send photographs, CDs or colour copies of imagery you wish us to review. Images sent via email or CD must be low-resolution, JPEG-format files and must be accompanied by a cover letter. The total file size of any email and attachments should be less than 2MB.

We will always try to provide a response to a submission within seven working days.

Artists submitting work do so at their own risk - Rosenstiel's cannot be held responsible for any material which is lost in the mail, etc. As we cannot accept any liability for original or irreplaceable artwork, we ask that you DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL ARTWORK OR SLIDES. Submissions are only returned if accompanied by a self-addressed envelope with sufficient return postage.

Due to the volume of submissions we receive it is not possible for us to review artwork in the first instance on a personal interview or portfolio presentation basis. Rosenstiel's is a commercial publisher and cannot become involved in recommending galleries for exhibition purposes, giving a critique of work submitted or providing other support services. Our requirements are primarily for imagery that will have appeal to the general public for decorating homes, offices, hotels and other institutions around the world.
