Rosenstiel's carefully considers all artwork sent to us with a view to possible publication. To review artwork, we initially welcome submissions sent to us by post at:
Felix Rosenstiel's Widow & Son
Ltd.
33-35 Markham Street
London SW3 3NR
United Kingdom
Artists and their representatives should send photographs, transparencies, CDs or colour copies of artwork. Original artwork should not be sent under any circumstances. For security reasons, we do not view images sent digitally as email attachments from artists with whom we do not work already. Many artists also try to persuade us to view websites; we prefer not to do this because the low resolution quality of website images on screen is almost never good enough to allow us to judge an artist's work fairly. It is not possible for us to review artwork in the first instance on a personal interview or portfolio presentation basis - all initial contact must be by mail.
Artists submitting work do so at their own risk - Rosenstiel's cannot be held responsible for any material which is lost in the mail, etc. Artists are also encouraged to provide return postage and packaging for their material. We will always try to provide a response to a submission within seven working days. Rosenstiel's is a commercial publisher and cannot become involved in recommending galleries for exhibition purposes, giving a critique of work submitted or providing other support services. Our requirements are for artwork of a decorative nature that will have appeal to the general public for decorating homes, offices, hotels and other institutions around the world.
